About the Role
We’re looking for a Minnesota-based candidate with a minimum of 1 year of Paid Search experience to join our team. You’ll dive into our clients' Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts to analyze performance, implement optimizations, and launch tests under the direction of the senior members of our Paid Search team. In this role, you’ll work alongside our team of experienced SEMs to grow your tactical knowledge, work on key client deliverables, and develop the underlying skills to become an SEM strategist.

- You set a high standard for the quality of your outputs and adherence to our processes
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day management of our clients’ SEM engagements:
- Conceptualize & create new campaigns
- Keyword expansion and negative keywords
- Bid modification and optimization
- Landing page testing recommendations
- Quality score optimization
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Feed management and optimization
- Analyzing performance to surface relevant SEM insights and develop recommendations to be communicated to clients
- Enhance performance through testing efforts across PPC campaigns such as A/B ad testing, bid optimizations, and more
- Collaborating with team members to prepare for client meetings, make strategic decisions, and maintain efficient workstreams
- Participating in client meetings and supporting next steps
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and participating in industry discussions
- Managing your career growth plan and associated goals
- Participating in internal initiatives
Requirements
Hard Skills
- 1+ years of Paid Search experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Familiarity with Google Ads
- Demonstrated interest in Paid Search
- Demonstrated experimentation with AI tools
Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation & client communication skills that are reflective of your experience

Compensation
- Salary range of $50K-$60K for 32 working hours per week (read about our Offline Fridays policy on our website)
- Quarterly bonus program based on company goals & individual performance
