We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and be advanced by anyone. That’s why we hire people who want to participate. At Uproer, you get to be a part of this.
We strive to be better, we stretch ourselves, and we push each other to grow (but not at all costs). We care about outcomes, not egos.
Our Offline Fridays policy means that Uproerians enjoy a 32-hour work week and an extra personal day each weekend to spend as they chose. We’re committed to work-life balance in more ways than one:
When you apply, we’ll send you a link to a Google Form with a handful of questions that help us understand who you are and how you work.
A member of our team will reach out to schedule a time to get to know you. Our goal for this conversation is to gauge if there’s potential for a mutual fit.
You’ll meet with the lead and several members of the team you’re applying to join. We’ll seek to learn if Uproer and the role you’re interested in is somewhere you’ll thrive.
You’ll meet with more senior members of our team to chat about our core values and what it’s like at Uproer day-to-day. This helps us both reach the right decision.
If we’re both ready to move forward, we’ll walk you through an offer and get ready to welcome you to the team!
If you don't see an open position that fits what you're looking for, follow Uproer's LinkedIn page to be the first to hear about new openings. We look forward to getting to know you.

Dave made an accidental foray into digital marketing after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth and hasn’t looked back. Having spent the first part of his marketing journey brand-side, he now works with the Uproer team to help clients realize their goals through the lens of search.
When not at work, you’ll find Dave staying active and living a healthy lifestyle, listening to podcasts, and enjoying live music. A Minnesotan born and raised, his favorite sport is hockey and he still finds time to skate once in a while.
Dave’s DiSC style is C. He enjoys getting things done deliberately and systematically without sacrificing speed and efficiency. When it comes to evaluating new ideas and plans, he prefers to take a logical approach, always sprinkling on a bit of healthy skepticism for good measure. At work, Dave’s happiest when he has a chance to dive deep into a single project for hours at a time. He loves contributing to Uproer and being a part of a supportive team but is most productive when working solo.
